Tupande Pamoja have organised a tree planting cum enrichment event at

Uplands forest (Nyamweru forest block)to weed the surving seedlings while replacing those that might have withered at 10.00am.

Apart from the tree planting, there will short insitu training on how to

handle and plant young trees, short discussions on challenges and the best way to improve the  initiaitve, and deliberations on future collaboration between the partners and sponsors.

We anticipate to plant more than 3000 seedlings and weed more than 1000.

Thereafter, interested persons might join some team building activities

including tag of war, 'water volley ball' among others.

Logistics and transport.

Seedlings will be provided by Tupande Pamoja and the local community.

Partners are expected to provide theri own transport. Participants are

advised that the are is muddy and thus they should be casually dressed or be in working gears.
